Standard Order Processing Time
All orders processed with standard shipping will ship from our fulfillment center in Cleveland, Ohio via FedEx/ USPS SmartPost.
In addition to transit time, please allow 1-2 business days for standard order processing.
FedEx/ USPS SmartPost deliveries will arrive approximately 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that SmartPost deliveries are pickedup from our facility be FedEx and final delivery is made by USPS.
We observe US National Holidays, and do not ship on the occasions listed below.
Expedited Order Processing Time
If you wish to have expedited freight services for your order, please contact us at 1-888-665-7978 for special arrangements. Please note that due to the oversized dimensions of our products, expedited freight charges become quite expensive.
All orders received before 1PM EST (Monday – Friday) will be shipped same day via selected FedEx Express service from our order fulfillment center in Cleveland, Ohio.
All orders received after 1PM EST Friday will ship the following Monday via selected FedEx Express service.
FedEx Express services offered : 2-Day, Next Day, & Next Day Saturday.
Order Processing Emails
Immediately following an order placed on www.swoptcleaning.com a confirmation email will be sent to let you know that we received your order. A second email will be generated with shipment tracking information when the order is packed and processed.
Order Sales Tax
It is required that sales tax be applied to all orders for the residents of Ohio.
US National Holiday Schedule
We observe US National Holidays, and do not ship on the occasions listed below. Orders placed on the following US national holidays will be shipped the next business day:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Black Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
